- Design and produce a wide range of visual communication materials.
- Create artwork for signage, posters, brochures, flyers and promotional materials.
- Develop creative assets for community events, programs and marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all materials.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver effective design solutions.
- Manage multiple design requests simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Maintain consistency and quality across all creative outputs.
- Previous experience in a Graphic Designer role
- Previous Local Government experience advantageous
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with team members and stakeholders.
- The ability to manage a high volume of work and prioritise competing project deadlines
- Experience producing artwork for both print and digital channels
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team-oriented team environment
- Understanding of public sector processes and community engagement is a plus.
