Your Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from advertising to onboarding
- Provide administrative support across employment contracts, payroll data entry, HR reporting,



and learning & development
- Coordinate smooth and engaging onboarding experiences for new team members
- Collaborate with the broader HR team to develop and implement policies, procedures, and initiatives

What You’ll Bring:

- Ideally 1–2 years’ experience in HR or office administration (not essential)
- A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Commerce, or a related field (completed or near completion)
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills and a love for organising data
- Ability to work autonomously
- A knack for organisation, multitasking, and prioritising
- High attention to detail and a proactive mindset
