Qualifications & Experience
- Australian Bachelor of Early Childhood Education.
- Previous experience as a room leader or Assistant Director.
- Strong coaching skills to develop reflective practice.
- Ability to identify improvement areas and support educators in planning.
- High level of communication skills and professional manner.
- Solid understanding of EYLF and NQS.
- A current Qld Blue Card.
