About the Role

We are currently recruiting for Part‑Time Porters to join our Front Office team. As an energizing and confident Porter, you will connect with guests and make things happen at Hyatt Regency Brisbane. This energetic role enables you to develop your professional hospitality career within an international company.

Responsibilities

- Valet parking of guest cars
- Delivery of luggage to guest rooms
- Assist with guest enquiries (e.g. directions, recommendations)
- Handle guest feedback and resolve any complaints

Requirements

- High level of grooming and personal presentation
- High level of written and verbal communication
- Flexible to work a variety of shifts including early mornings, late nights, weekends and public holidays
- Unrestricted working rights in AustraliaPrevious experience with Opera is advantageous
- Full Open Driver’s License within Australia
- Manual Driver’s License advantageous
