A fantastic prospect has become available for an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join a well‑established global manufacturer known for its innovative products across industrial and consumer markets. About the Role

You will play a key part in supporting daily transport, freight, and inventory operations while acting as a central communication point between internal teams and external logistics partners. Accuracy, organisation, and proactive follow‑up are essential to success in this position.

Key Responsibilities

Transport Coordination & Reporting

- Maintain the daily road transport manifest
- Track and follow up on delivery status for all consignments
- Act as the main liaison between Customer Service, Procurement, Warehouse, and carriers
- Process and reconcile weekly invoices from transport providers, 3PL partners, and international carriers




- Plan and book sea and air freight to meet delivery timelines
- Prepare and issue export documentation
- Manage delivery dockets for intercompany export consignments

Import/Export Coordination

- File import documents and liaise with clearing/delivery agents
- Coordinate container arrivals and export loading with the warehouse
- Monitor and update inventory information for 3PL‑managed stock

CHEP & Pallet Management

- Process CHEP hire, transfer, and return transactions accurately

What You'll Bring
