Process Workers & Pick-Packers – Food Manufacturing | Northern Suburbs

We are seeking dedicated Process Workers and Pick-Packers to join our client’s Food Manufacturing team in Melbourne’s Northern Suburbs. These roles involve working in cool room environments (1–3°C) and are suited to those comfortable in fast‑paced, temperature‑controlled settings.

Shift Options & Pay

- Day & Afternoon shifts (start times 4am – 7pm)
- Monday to Friday + Saturday shifts
- Hourly Rate: $30.35 – $34.90

Key Responsibilities

- Pick, pack, sort, and label food products
- Work safely in cool room conditions
- Assist with stock rotation & quality checks
- Operate pallet jacks, tuggers & forklifts (if licensed)
- Follow food handling & hygiene protocols




- Maintain a clean & secure workplaceMeet KPIs & team performance targets

What We’re Looking For

- Experience in food manufacturing/warehousing/logistics (preferred)
- Comfortable working in cold storage
- Physically fit (able to lift up to 25kg)
- Knowledge of pallet jacks & tuggers (desirable)
- Team-focused, proactive & positive attitude
- Full Working Rights in Australia (students welcome)
