What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting the broader team with a variety of administrative and operational tasks, including:

- Report writing and documentation support
- Managing client files and records
- Liaising with healthcare providers
- Requesting and following up on medical documents
- Project and general admin support

About You

- We’re looking for someone who’s organised, curious and eager to grow. Ideally, you’ll have: Admin or customer service experience
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Attention to detail and time management
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Team-first attitude
- Currently studying, or working towards a qualification in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Psychology,



or Exercise Physiology
