Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Full Stack Engineer with experienced in Generative AI. In this role, you will support the implementation of a concept validation using GenAI to revolutionise the software delivery lifecycle.

As a Full Stack Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in developing GenAI driven solutions to solve for complex business problems. You will collaborate with a team to design, build and maintain a scalable GenAI solution.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement cloud-based software architectures using Azure and AWS, ensuring compliance with best practices and mandatory requirements.
- Develop and implement software components that integrate with GenAI models and applications.
- Integrate advanced generative AI models, such as large language models (LLMs) and Transformers, to meet specific business needs.
- Seamlessly embed generative AI capabilities into both current and existing applications to enhance user experiences and drive innovation.
- Continuously assess and improve the performance of generative AI models to ensure they meet accuracy, efficiency, and scalability standards.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in generative AI research and technology to identify new opportunities for innovation and enhancement.
- Work closely with the team to ensure successful delivery of generative AI proof of concepts
- Collaborate with architects to define the overall architecture of generative AI solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Ensure code quality by writing clean, well-structured, and maintainable code that adheres to best practices and coding standards.
- Address complex technical challenges, from design to production at scale.
- Adopt a Product Engineering mindset to translate product objectives and customer needs into actionable engineering tasks, delegating effectively to squad members.
- Ensure DevSecOps practices are integrated into the end-to-end development lifecycle.
- Seek out opportunities to leverage AI-assisted engineering tools to improve the engineering process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure platform capabilities align with the diverse needs of product delivery areas.
- Contribute to code delivery, promote best practices through code reviews, champion documentation, and tackle complex challenges.

- Solid experience leading and delivering large, complex engineering projects.
- Hands-on experience using AI technologies to improve the entire product development lifecycle.
- Deep understanding of cloud-based full-cycle engineering and DevSecOps practices.
- Strong strategic thinker with a track record of turning ideas into working code in a complex enterprise environment.
- A genuine passion for finding new ways engineers can deliver amazing customer outcomes.
- Practical experience in one or more of these areas/technologies:
- AI-powered test & QA, security, and code quality tools.
- AI-enhanced code documentation tools.
- AI-augmented development tools (e.g., Cursor, Bolt, Cline, Replit, or Project IDX).
- Outstanding at mentoring and leading teams, with a focus on upskilling engineers and promoting a culture of innovation.
- Able to influence cross-functional teams, explain trade-offs, and align tech decisions with business goals.
