We are partnering with a leading Australian law firm seeking a Senior Associate or Special Counsel to join its Employment practice in Sydney. What You’ll Be Doing

- Advise clients on employment agreements, workplace policies, and regulatory compliance
- Handle discrimination, harassment, and employee dispute matters




- Support clients through restructures, redundancies, and organisational change
- Assist with dispute resolution, including negotiations and formal proceedings
- Stay across legislative and regulatory developments impacting employment law
- Work closely with colleagues across teams on complex, multi-faceted matters
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear, commercial advice

About You

- Minimum 5 years’ post‑qualification experience in private practice employment law
- Strong technical expertise with a commercial, client‑focused mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage competing deadlines and perform well under pressure
- Collaborative, positive, and proactive approach to teamwork
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high‑quality outcomes
