What You’ll Do

- Solid experience delivering production-grade software using C# / .NET and modern engineering practices
- Build services, APIs, and pipelines that support high-scale operations and continuous delivery
- Modernise and evolve platform architecture (microservices, event-driven patterns, DDD/CQRS where appropriate)
- Own quality, delivery, and platform reliability
- Collaborate across the business – Work closely with CTO, Head of Technology, Product Owners, Operations, Logistics and Finance to translate business outcomes into intuitive UI/UX-led software capabilities

What You Bring

- Strong experience delivering production-grade software using C# / .NET and modern engineering practices
- Over 10+ years’ of experience in designing, building and running workloads that automate business processes
- Proven consulting skills, with the ability to translate business needs into software capabilities that keep user experience at the centre
- Experience in ERP system is highly desirable
- Strong CI/CD, testing, and DevEx mindset — you leave systems safer and simpler than you found them
