- Lead L3 technical support + enhancements: Apex, LWC, integrations, performance tuning.
- Handle complex issues across Service workflows, portal components (Experience Cloud)
- Field Service customization, and data layer integration (Data Cloud APIs/events).
- Support CI/CD and production fixes.
