It involves designing, building, and maintaining a secure SharePoint Online platform that supports collaboration, automation, and compliance across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and maintain SharePoint Online site collections, metadata structures, templates, and governance frameworks.
- Implement tenancy‑level policies, DLP rules, and security configurations using Microsoft Purview.
- Build automated document workflows and approval processes using Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Support data migration using tools such as ShareGate and Migration Manager, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, identity, and cyber security teams to integrate SharePoint within the broader Microsoft 365 environment.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles to support transition and operations.
About You
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience designing and building SharePoint Online solutions in complex enterprise environments.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Purview, data classification, and retention/disposition policies.
- Skilled in Power Automate and Power Apps for workflow automation.
- Experience with data migration tools (ShareGate, Migration Manager) and Azure DevOps.
- Understanding of PROV and government information management standards.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
