About the Role

This is a newly created role - and we’re not looking for someone to just “run socials.”

We’re looking for someone to build a full-funnel content engine across channels — social, email, events, podcast, ads — and own both the voice and the system behind it.

You’ll work closely with our founder to take his unique IP, ideas and audience and turn them into high-value marketing that drives brand, leads,



and revenue.

- 3+ years experience as a proven content and marketing operator who’s confident taking ideas to execution — fast
- A creative mind who thinks big, but backs it with systems, structure and data
- A strategic thinker who’s also hands‑on and isn’t afraid to be in the weeds
- Someone obsessed with growth, audience psychology and building brand loyalty
- A go‑getter who doesn’t need micromanagement and thrives on ownership
