Our studio space is centrallylocatedat the heart of the CBD, on the banks of theDerbarlYerriganin the traditional lands of the Whadjuk Noongar people. We’relooking for a passionate, confident designer and project leader who can deliver outstanding landscape and urban design work from concept to construction.

As aSenior LandscapeArchitectyou’llcontribute toa diverse range of exciting projects-localcivic, university, hospital,anddestination playspaces,aswellas international competitions, masterplanningand public realm projects.

Inthis roleyou’ll:

- Lead the design and documentation of landscape architecture projects from concept through to construction,
- Coordinate and manage project deliverables including base analysis, site planning, design development, construction documentation, and tender packages,
- Present to clients and stakeholders with clarity and confidence,




- Supervise and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborativelearningculturein our tight-knit studio,
- Work across a variety of project scales — from strategic master plans to detailed construction packages,
- Engage with contractors,consultantsand suppliers, building strong and lasting industry relationships as you go,
- Stay informedaboutemerging design trendsand innovations, sustainability practices, and industry standards.

We’relooking for someone wholoves whatthey do, both in their design work and in their contributions to team and studio culture.You’llbe managing a variety of projects atdifferent stages,travellinglocally and regionallyto site, and interacting with diverse project collaborators – strong project management,time management,collaboration,and communication will be key.

The successful person will have:

- Degree qualification(s)in Landscape Architecture,Urban Design,Architectureor equivalent,
- 5+ years of experience in professionaldesignpractice,
- Ability todemonstratestrongdesignthinking and technicalexpertiseacross all project stages,
- Proficiencyin design software such as REVIT(critical),Vectorworks,Rhino,Adobe Creative Suite.
- Exceptional visual communication and problem-solving skills,
- Strong knowledge of sustainability indesign and construction;




- A passion for designing inclusive and sustainable places
