As a Performance Management Specialist, you will work collaboratively and innovatively within the Performance Improvement Team to develop best‑practice claims management strategies that drive improved business performance and help maximise remuneration while improving operational and quality measures.
Responsibilities
- Assist in realising organisational goals by aligning processes and driving efficient results.
- Translate business plans into action plans, monitoring and reviewing them through to completion.
- Identify, analyse and improve business processes to meet current goals and discover new opportunities for profit and performance.
- Re‑engineer processes to reduce cost and cycle time and improve quality of production and service where appropriate.
- Analyse DXC performance data to identify performance against remuneration objectives and areas for improvement.
- Contribute to new initiatives, strategies and processes to achieve gains in business performance, working with the Continuous Improvement Team.
- Assist the Senior Management Team with planning and strategic orientation.
- Provide direction to staff regarding selected components and aspects of their work as required.
- Provide training, coaching and mentoring to help employees reach objectives and enable progression and potential.
Qualifications
- Understanding of Workers Compensation Legislation, regulations and guidelines.
- Strong understanding of governing standards of practice.
- Deep knowledge of agent remuneration drivers.
- Extensive experience with GWCC, CRM Salesforce, QLIK reporting and other scheme systems including Kofax, Payments Plus, etc.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
