We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Mercer Super. This role will be based in Melbourne. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
Responsibilities
- Deliver general advice appointments to members and non-members, both face‑to‑face and virtually, to support understanding of superannuation and retirement options.
- Design and deliver clear, engaging education sessions for members through workplace seminars, webinars and virtual channels.
- Promote Mercer Super tools and resources to encourage member engagement and identify when members may benefit from further financial advice, referring them to the appropriate advice channel.
- Partner with Relationship Managers to identify workplace education needs, develop annual education plans and deliver content across a range of workplace events.
- Support the transition of major new business accounts to Mercer Super through member education activity and one‑on‑one appointments as required.
Qualifications
- RG146 compliance.
- Experience in a member‑facing role within superannuation, with demonstrated experience providing general advice in one‑on‑one appointments.
- Technical knowledge of superannuation and retirement concepts.
- Effective presentation skills with experience delivering education sessions in person and virtually.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, Zoom and appointment booking systems.
