ASM Partners Pty Ltd' is seeking a highly experienced Senior Accountant/Supervisor to join our dynamic Business Services team based in the Melbourne CBD. This full-time role will see you providing high-quality accounting and advisory services to a diverse portfolio of clients across a range of industries.

Candidates must be Australian citizens or permanent residents with full work authorisation.

What you'll be doing

- Preparing accurate and timely financial statements, BAS and other tax reporting for clients
- Providing strategic business services including budgeting, forecasting and identifying opportunities for growth
- Ensuring clients maintain compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations
- Building strong relationships with clients and proactively identifying ways to add value
- Supervising and mentoring junior team members
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of our service delivery and internal processes

What we're looking for

- Tertiary qualification in Accounting or a related field
- CPA or CA qualification
- Minimum 3 years' experience in public practice is essential for this position
- Excellent technical accounting and tax knowledge, with a commercial mindset




- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trusted advisor relationships
- Demonstrable experience in managing a portfolio of clients and leading a team
- Previous experience supervising 1-2 team members is required
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and a collaborative team culture
