About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Farm Supervisor based in Euroa VIC to lead and support the daily operations of two layer farms. This leadership role offers a 4 days on / 4 days off roster, providing a healthy work‑life balance.

What You’ll Do
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of 3‑4 staff
- Support the Farm Manager in ensuring efficient operation of all laying poultry activities
- Conduct daily team meetings and monitor staff performance and farm conditions
- Monitor data collection to identify issues and ensure accuracy
- Ensure compliance with OHS policies and promote a safety culture
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on animal welfare and productivity
- Assist in managing bird growth requirements and maintaining high standards of farm presentation
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in poultry farming (layer preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Solid understanding of OHS policies and commitment to safety culture
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced outdoor environment
- Confidence to lead and facilitate meetings
