Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and support your team to deliver efficient maintenance practices on‑site.
- Manage materials, equipment, and labor costs, ensuring budgets stay on track.
- Develop clear and concise scopes for successful project execution.
- Champion WHS compliance and foster a culture of Zero Harm .
- Maintain robust client relationships and ensure seamless workflow.
Location & Specifics
Local to Gladstone. Experience with Vac Trucks & liquid waste management.
A natural leader who drives safety, efficiency, and productivity.
Qualifications
- Trade qualification or equivalent experience.
- HR License.
- Current QAL/BSL/RTAY Blue Medipass (or willingness to obtain).
- Hands‑on skills in construction and maintenance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- A safety‑first mindset and a positive attitude.
