We are proud to be partnering with one of Australia's most respected specialist engineering consultancies, to appoint a Structural-Senior Structural Engineer to their growing Brisbane team.
This opportunity would suit either an Intermediate -Senior Structural Engineer looking for more ownership and supportive mentors to develop them further. As a trusted brand nationally - Their work spans commercial, education, community, health, with a reputation for solving complex engineering challenges through creativity, collaboration and technical excellence.
You will work directly with highly respected Directors and Associates, on some iconic projects and build meaningful relationships from day one.
The business is privately owned, highly stable and known for investing heavily in the development of its people.

You will join a high-performing structural team responsible for the design and delivery of a diverse range of building projects.
This role offers significant autonomy and would suit a high performing Engineer who enjoys taking ownership, managing client relationships and solving complex engineering problems.
About You
- 3-8 years structural design experience
- Strong building structures background
- Experience designing in steel, reinforced concrete, post-tensioned concrete, timber and masonry
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- A proactive and collaborative mindset
- Passion for quality engineering outcomes
- RPEQ and CPEng are advantageous but not essential.
