Our client is a regional leading Digital Agency, a specialist in the SEO, SEM and Organic Search space, with a proven track record of delivering outstanding results for thousands of happy customers. They are passionate about helping their clients succeed online and are looking for a new Business Development Manager to join their BRISBANE sales team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities and managing accounts ongoing. This role would be best suited to self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment. This position offers hybrid working arrangements - WFH, in office & on the field (must have own vehicle). Typically, you will spend two to three days out in the field/on the road per week, meeting and presenting to customers in person.

Responsibilities:

- Identify, generate and close new business opportunities.
- Manage accounts ongoing (retain, upsell and cros sell) and building your book of businesss
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Build a steady pipeline of new opportunities as well as conducting frequent pipeline reviews.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients, both in person & virtual.
- Collaborate internally to ensure a smooth sales process.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

Qualifications:

- 2+ years of business to business, end to end sales experience




- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Track record of successfully acquiring recent business and growing existing accounts
- A solid understanding of digital marketing, SEO and SEM.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong attention to detail.

Pay range and compensation package:

Salary: $80- $90k + car allowance + super + uncapped comms
