In this position, you will be responsible for managing airfare and ticketing requests across multiple markets, supporting trade partners and internal teams with accurate, timely and compliant ticketing solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

- Quoting, booking and ticketing domestic and international airfares
- Managing exchanges, reissues, refunds and ADM queries
- Interpreting complex fare rules and airline policies
- Working closely with airlines and GDS providers
- Ensuring all bookings meet fare, compliance and commercial requirements

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- Proven experience in airfare and ticketing within a wholesaler, airline or TMC environment
- Solid knowledge of airline fare rules, ticketing processes and reissues
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills




- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to manage high volumes while maintaining accuracy
