The Role

This is a full-time role for a bookkeeper with public practice experience. You will manage end-to-end bookkeeping, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations; prepare and lodge BAS and IAS; assist clients with payroll compliance (STP, superannuation, payroll tax, WorkCover); and support quarterly management reporting. You’ll also help clients get the most out of Xero and cloud systems.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end bookkeeping including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.

Preparation and lodgement of BAS and IAS.

Assisting clients with payroll compliance (STP, superannuation,



payroll tax, WorkCover).

Supporting the delivery of quarterly management reporting.

Helping clients get the most out of Xero and cloud-based systems.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year bookkeeping experience in a public practice environment.

Certificate IV in Bookkeeping/Accounting (or higher).

Strong working knowledge of Xero.

Professional client manner, ability to manage multiple relationships, and a secure employment history.
