A growing commercial cleaning company is seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations across multiple commercial sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and supervising daily cleaning activities across various locations;
- Monitoring cleaning standards and ensuring work is completed to company requirements;
- Preparing staff rosters and allocating duties to cleaning personnel;
- Providing on-site training and guidance to team members;
- Managing cleaning materials, supplies and equipment;
- Ensuring workplace health and safety procedures are followed at all times;
- Liaising with clients regarding operational matters and service delivery;
- Conducting routine inspections and addressing performance issues where required.
Requirements:
- Previous supervisory experience within the commercial cleaning industry;
