- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Technical Analyst, or similar role.
- Robust understanding of SDLC, system design principles, and technical architecture.
- Experience working with:
- Web-based and enterprise applications
- APIs, system integrations, data mapping
- SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, logs, and architecture diagrams.
- Knowledge of cloud ecosystems (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is an advantage.
- Experience with project management and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps).
