About the Role

Iconic Property Services is seeking an experienced and capable Facilities Manager – Integrated Services to oversee the delivery of facilities operations within a high-profile mixed-use precinct in Perth.

This role is responsible for the coordination and performance of integrated services across facilities management, cleaning, maintenance, and security-aligned operations. The position operates within a live, high-footfall environment and requires a practical, hands-on approach to ensuring asset performance, presentation standards, and operational continuity.

The successful candidate will play a key role in managing service delivery across multiple disciplines, ensuring that all aspects of the property are maintained to a high standard while supporting real-time operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day facilities operations within a mixed-use commercial precinct
- Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and security-aligned service delivery across site
- Manage contractor performance and ensure adherence to service standards and contractual requirements
- Oversee preventative and reactive maintenance programs and asset performance




- Conduct regular site inspections and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with WHS requirements and relevant regulatory obligations
- Respond to operational issues and coordinate resolution across multiple service streams
- Liaise with clients, tenants, and stakeholders to maintain service quality and responsiveness
- Support incident response and site-based operational coordination where required
- Maintain accurate reporting on service delivery, maintenance activities, and asset condition

Requirements

- Relevant qualification in Facilities Management, Property, or a related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in facilities or property services environments
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple service streams, including cleaning, maintenance, or security-related operations
- Robust understanding of building systems, compliance requirements, and contractor management
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, public-facing environments
- Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Valid driver’s licence

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $78,000.00 per year
