DUTIES

- Liaise between Project managers, Drafters, and factory foreman.

- Coordinating production runs.

- Follow our procedure and ensure quality checks are met and production meets the schedule.

- Confident in problem-solving.

- Daily production reviews and capacity planning.

- To stay two steps ahead of the game.

- Booking paint shop and deliveries.

- Managing Inventory

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

- 4 years experience in production management within a joinery business or running a joinery business.

- Excellent people skills

- Presentable appearance

- Sound computer skills, working with Jobman scheduling and capacity planning.

- Calm and organised nature

- Excellent communicator
