Role

Lead quality assurance for Sitecore CMS (XP/SXA) implementations for a federal client, across desktop and mobile — functional, regression, accessibility, and cross-browser. Set test strategy and mentor on QA practice.

Responsibilities

- Own test strategy, plans, and release sign-off
- Write, execute, maintain test cases for Sitecore components, pages, workflows
- Functional, regression, cross-browser/device, responsive testing
- Validate content authoring, personalisation, search, navigation
- Accessibility testing to WCAG 2.1 AA
- Log, triage, verify defects in Jira; track to closure
- Drive UAT; liaise with developers, BAs, content authors
- Define test data, coverage standards, and QA process improvements




- Mentor junior testers; review test artefacts

Essential

- Senior-level experience testing Sitecore (XP, XM, or SXA)
- Manual functional, regression, cross-browser testing
- Test strategy, planning, and defect management
- WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility testing
- Australian citizen with current Baseline clearance (or eligible to obtain)

Desirable

- Automated testing (Playwright, Selenium, Cypress)
- Australian federal government ICT delivery experience
- Solr search, CI/CD, Azure-hosted environments
- Agile/Scrum delivery

Pay: $80.00 – $100.00 per hour
