Oxley & Moss is a busy coastal lifestyle store in the heart of Kingscliff, curating fashion, homewares, gifts and little moments of joy for our wonderful community both in-store and online.

We’re a small, passionate team who care deeply about creating an exceptional customer experience, and we’re looking for someone who can help bring our brand to life through consistent, creative and engaging content.

Who We’re Looking For

This role is suited to someone who lives and breathes content creation.

You are creative, organised, efficient and genuinely excited by the challenge of building an engaged online community.

You’ll have excellent attention to detail, a strong visual eye and the ability to create content that feels natural, polished and on-brand.

Most importantly, you can work independently. You’ll be trusted to take ownership of our content calendar and keep everything moving without needing constant direction.

You’ll Thrive in This Role If You





- Have experience creating content for a business or brand.
- Love filming and editing short-form video.
- Have a strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok.
- Can confidently manage your own workload and meet deadlines.
- Experience using Canva and CapCut.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Have examples of content you’re proud to share with us.
- Availability to work in office in Kingscliff.
