You will provide high quality, evidence-based primary care across a broad clinical scope including chronic disease management, acute presentations, preventive health, mental health support and shared antenatal care when required. The role suits practitioners with 1 to 11+ years of experience who value patient relationships and a collaborative workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct consultations for a diverse patient population, delivering comprehensive assessments and tailored management plans.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, implement preventive health strategies and coordinate multidisciplinary care.
- Provide immunisations, health checks, chronic disease reviews and sexual health services as part of routine care.
- Complete documentation, Medicare billing and maintain clinical records to practice and regulatory standards.
- Engage in practice meetings, contribute to quality improvement activities and support junior staff and registrars where applicable.
