What You'll Be Doing

✨ Delivering premium vehicle handover experiences that exceed customer expectations

✨ Becoming the primary point of contact between vehicle purchase and delivery day

✨ Welcoming customers and ensuring they feel excited, informed and confident about their new vehicle

✨ Coordinating with sales, finance, service and administration teams to ensure every delivery is flawless

✨ Showcasing vehicle features, technology and functionality with enthusiasm and confidence





✨ Creating a personalised and memorable experience for every customer

✨ Managing delivery appointments and ensuring every promise is fulfilled before the customer arrives

✨ Acting as a true ambassador for the ZEEKR brand
