About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Estimator to join our team at Civilcast’s Stapylton (QLD) site, with a primary focus on the Queensland market. If you have a keen eye for detail, a passion for civil construction, and thrive in a collaborative environment, this could be your next career move.

As part of our national estimating team, you’ll be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive project estimates—specifically tailored to meet the needs of our Queensland clients. You’ll be supported by a strong team culture and provided with the tools and training to succeed.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Preparing and submitting accurate quotes and estimates.

- Producing BOQs for standard drainage and sewer products.

- Collaborating with sales, special projects, and other stakeholders.

- Staying across industry trends, competitor activity, and market shifts.

- Must hold current Australian work authorisation to be eligible for this position.

What You’ll Bring





- Proven experience in estimating within the civil construction industry.

- Solid technical skills in MS Excel and NetSuite (or similar systems).

- Knowledge of sub-ground water and sewer infrastructure.

- Experience preparing Bills of Quantities (highly regarded) .

- A technical mindset with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently.

- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- A proactive, professional, and team-oriented attitude.
