Intract Australia is seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Manager – Defence to join our Building & Construction team.
This role is suited to a commercially strong construction professional who enjoys working closely with project teams, clients and subcontractors to deliver fair, compliant and successful outcomes.
You will lead commercial strategy, procurement, contract administration, cost control and financial reporting across Defence projects from tender through to delivery and final account.

What You’ll BringTertiary qualification in Commerce, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying,



Engineering or similar10+ years’ experience in commercial management, contract administration or cost managementExperience on Defence, government or major building projectsStrong knowledge of procurement, contracts and financial forecastingExcellent negotiation and stakeholder engagement skillsAbility to obtain and maintain Defence Security Clearance
