About the role
- Maintain high level kitchen standards and quality
- Ensure that the Kitchen Minimum Standards are being complied to
- Assist in the effective running of Kitchen operations - Stock management
- Assist head chef in menu planning
- Deliver outstanding food in taste and presentation

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Commands respect in the kitchen
- Team player and supportive of a culture of team work
- High food standards in taste and presentation
