A 38‑Glamping tented coastal resort featuring Sandara (our signature modern Australian restaurant), an oceanfront kiosk/café, a lively alfresco bar, a nostalgic retro bar, and one of WA’s most exciting new wedding and event venues.

Roles We Are Hiring

Sous Chef

A key leader in our brigade, supporting the Executive Chef across all outlets and events. You’ll help run daily operations, lead service, mentor junior chefs, and ensure consistent delivery of modern Australian cuisine.

Chef de Partie (CDP)

Own your section and deliver high‑quality dishes with precision and consistency. Ideal for chefs confident in running a station and supporting high‑volume weddings and events.

Pastry Chef

Lead all pastry and dessert production across the resort. Create seasonal menus, premium event cakes, and beautifully crafted desserts that elevate the guest experience.

Cook

Support the kitchen team with hands‑on cooking across multiple outlets.



Perfect for capable, reliable cooks who thrive in a fast‑paced environment and enjoy variety in their day.

Kitchen Hand

The backbone of the kitchen. Maintain cleanliness, assist with basic prep, support chefs during service, and help keep the operation running smoothly.
