As a Scaffolder, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and dismantling of scaffolding to enable our clients to complete their work effectively. Our work is generally residential & commercial scaffolding, however we also undertake a variety of industrial projects.

What you'll be doing

· Assemble, erect, and dismantle scaffolding structures to industry standards and safety requirements

· Inspect and maintain scaffolding equipment to ensure it is in optimal working condition

· Identify and address any safety concerns or potential hazards on the job site

· Collaborate with construction teams to understand project requirements and implement the appropriate scaffolding solutions

· Comply with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

What we're looking for

· Proven experience as a Scaffolder, with a minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience in the residential and commercial construction scaffold industry

· Strong understanding of scaffolding construction, safety standards,



and regulations

· Ability to read and interpret drawings and scaffold plans

· Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

· Commitment to working safely and promoting a positive safety culture

· Strong teamwork and communication skills

· A valid driver's license and reliable transportation

· HR Licence not essential but highly desirable

· Current White Card

· Current Basic High Risk Work Licence (Basic Scaffolding as a minimum)

· Own Tools are essential
