The Role

As the Manager, you'll be at the forefront of driving sales, exceeding company KPIs, and inspiring a talented sales team. We need a go-getter who thrives working independently and loves styling up a storm. Your responsibilities will include:

Leading and motivating your team to achieve and surpass sales goalsBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with customers,



offering personalised styling adviceImplementing visual merchandising standards to create an engaging and inspiring store environmentTraining and developing your team to ensure exceptional service and performanceBeing the face of the store, providing a memorable shopping experience for every client

Skills & Requirements

2-3 years of experience in retail management, ideally in apparelA proven ability to deliver personalised styling experiences and a love for styling up a stormStrong communication skills Previous experience in concession management is a plusHigh energy and a vibrant personalityExperience managing budgets and KPIs, and achieving company targetsAttention to detail with robust visual merchandising skills
