Assistant Manager | Flagship Store | Carlton

I am currently seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join a well-established fashion brand at their flagship store located in Carlton.

This is an exciting prospect for a passionate retail leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves creating exceptional customer experiences and enjoys building and developing high-performing teams.

Working closely with the Store Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the store, leading a large team of 20+ casual team members, driving sales performance and creating a positive team culture.

About You:

- Previous retail leadership or Assistant Manager experience

- A genuine passion for fashion and delivering outstanding customer experiences

- Confident leading, coaching and motivating a large team

- Strong communication and organisational skills

- Ability to multitask and thrive in a busy retail environment

- Results-focused with a proven ability to achieve sales targets and store goals





- Enjoys mentoring and developing team members to reach their full potential

- Someone who genuinely loves retail and takes pride in helping customers and teams succeed

What's On Offer:

- Salary package of $65,000 - $70,000 + super

- Monthly Manager Bonus Incentive

- Car parking provided

- Clothing allowance

- Sunday - Thursday roster (40-hour week)
