We are looking for an enthusiastic Floor Supervisor to join our team!
This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and enjoys leading by example. You will be working behind the bar, assisting at the pass, delivering exceptional customer service, and stepping up to support our management team as needed.
About the Role
As a Floor Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by:
- Serving customers behind the bar
- Assisting at the pass during busy service
- Supporting managers with daily operations
- Delivering outstanding customer service
- Helping maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and efficiency
- Assisting with opening and closing procedures when required
We are Looking For Someone Who:
- Has previous hospitality experience (supervisory experience preferred)
- Is confident working in a busy, fast-paced venue
- Leads by example with a positive attitude
- Is reliable, organised and proactive
- Has excellent communication and customer service skills
- Holds a current RSA (or is willing to obtain one)
