About The Role

As the Electrical Superintendent, you will provide leadership to site teams, ensuring electrical construction activities are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Working closely with project, engineering, and procurement teams, you will play a critical role in driving project success from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor electrical supervisors, site crews, and subcontractors. Coordinate construction activities with engineering, procurement, and project teams. Deliver electrical works safely, on schedule, and within budget. Champion a proactive safety culture and ensure compliance across all site activities. Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality, productivity, and safety standards. Identify project risks, resolve site issues, and keep works progressing efficiently. Foster strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders.

About You

To Be Successful In This Role

Electrical Trade Qualification with a current WA Electrical Licence. Section 26 (S26) qualification.



Demonstrated experience delivering electrical works across mining, industrial, or heavy infrastructure projects. Strong experience with LV and HV installation, commissioning, and testing. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior electrical leadership role (Supervisor or Superintendent). Strong leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary site teams. Excellent understanding of WHS legislation and best practice. Current Driver's Licence. Construction Induction (White Card).
