Working closely with an experienced Service Manager, you'll take ownership of workshop operations, mentor technicians and help drive performance while remaining actively involved on the tools.

About the Role

Reporting to the Service Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Coordinating daily workshop operations

- Supporting technician productivity and efficiency

- Providing technical guidance and mentoring

- Assisting with workflow management and job allocation

- Maintaining workshop standards and customer satisfaction

- Remaining hands-on with diagnostics and repair work

- Supporting the continued growth of the service operation

- Developing and mentoring technicians





About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

- Trade qualifications as an Automotive Technician

- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding abilities

- Workshop leadership or mentoring experience

- A positive and reliable attitude

- Excellent communication skills

- Commitment to quality workmanship and customer service

- Toyota experience will be highly regarded
