What you'll do As a Vincents graduate, you’ll be supported to grow - professionally and personally - while building strong connections across the firm. We are looking for a Graduate to join our Restructuring & Recovery team based here in Sydney.

Through our STEP Graduate Program, you’ll:

- Transition confidently from uni into professional life
- Learn directly from experienced leaders and specialists

Who we’re looking for

You’ll bring

- A Commerce or Business degree with an Accounting major (final-year or recent graduate)
- Curiosity, motivation and a genuine desire to learn
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- A cooperative, team-first approach
- Openness to new ideas, feedback and growth
