The Opportunity

Have you recently graduated, or completed your degree within the last two years? We are looking for motivated graduates who want to help shape the future of PACCAR Australia. With opportunities across the business, this program is designed for people who bring fresh ideas, energy, and a genuine willingness to learn. Commencing in January 2027, our Graduate Program offers a strong foundation for your career and the chance to make an impact from day one.

About us

PACCAR Australia is a market leader in the design, manufacture, and distribution of premium heavy commercial vehicles, including Kenworth and DAF, along with parts, leasing, and financial services through an extensive dealer network across Australia. Based in Bayswater, our manufacturing facility has been building trucks for more than 50 years.

Our Graduate Program runs for two years, with the opportunity to progress into a third year. The program includes two six-month rotations in the first year and one 12-month rotation in the second year, in your chosen field. You will also take part in training activities and a group assignment presented to our Directors,



giving you practical, well-rounded experience to support your career development.

We are looking for

- Adaptability and confidence working in recent environments
- A strong problem-solving mindset
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Motivation, enthusiasm, and a positive can-do attitude

- A relevant university degree completed within the last two years, or due for completion
- Ability to work in Australia without restriction
