Paniri Agricultural Co., a Corporate Carbon entity, is looking for an Accommodation Manager (single or couple) to run the day-to-day operation of a remote accommodation site at Merluna, Cape York. The role suits a single person or a couple.

Immediate start for the rest of the dry season towards end of the year, with longer term and ongoing opportunities available for the right people potentially being available.

The role

- Day to day operation of a remote accommodation site
- Guest services and bookings
- Cleaning and presentation of the site
- Cooking for guests and crew (competent station cook skills essential)
- Basic property, building and garden maintenance

About you

- Experience in tourism, hospitality or remote camp management
- Confident cooking for numbers
- Practical, self-sufficient and comfortable living remotely
- Current manual driver's licence
- Food Safety and First Aid highly regarded
