Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage a portfolio of members
- Drive member engagement through events and direct connections
- Lead the renewal and retention process, managing the full life cycle of a member
- Collaborate with our Community and Engagement teams
What we’re looking for:
- 2+ years in relationship management, account management or client success
- Strong communicator who thrives in 1:1 conversations
- Highly organised and proactive
- Passionate about people, business, and personal growth
