Account / Relationship Manager (Sales) – FX & CFD

About the Role

We are seeking a driven and client-focused Account / Relationship Manager to join our growing FX and CFD brokerage team in Sydney.

This role is responsible for acquiring, developing, and managing client relationships, driving trading volume, and providing ongoing support to retail and professional traders. The successful candidate will have strong sales and relationship management skills, an interest in financial markets, and the ability to work with clients across multiple Asian markets and time zones.

Candidates who are bilingual in English and an Asian language are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage relationships with prospective and existing FX/CFD clients.

- Convert leads into active trading clients through consultative sales and relationship building.

- Educate clients on the company's trading platforms, products, and services.

- Maintain regular communication with clients to increase engagement, retention, and trading activity.

- Identify opportunities to grow client portfolios and trading volumes.

- Conduct client meetings, webinars, and product demonstrations as required.

- Work closely with dealing, operations, compliance, and customer support teams.





- Stay informed on financial market developments, economic events, and industry trends.

- Maintain accurate CRM records and activity reports.

Requirements

- Experience in Sales, Account Management, Relationship Management, or Business Development.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.

- Target-driven with a strong commercial mindset.

- Ability to work independently.

- Willingness to work evening or night shifts to support international clients.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience with an FX, CFD, Multi-Asset, Securities, or Financial Services Broker.

- Understanding of leveraged trading products, financial markets, and online trading platforms.

What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is a relationship-driven sales skilled who enjoys working in financial markets and understands the needs of traders and investors. Bilingual candidates with FX/CFD brokerage experience and the ability to support night market hours will be highly regarded.

Salary: Competitive base salary performance-based commission/bonus.
