We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager who takes real ownership of their clients. Someone who doesn’t just manage accounts, but sees things through, pays attention to the details, and genuinely cares about the end result.

The Role

You’ll manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients while owning the full post-sales experience. You’ll be their main point of contact, their advocate internally, and the person responsible for their outcomes.

This role suits someone who thinks strategically but executes meticulously. Someone who plans ahead, builds clear roadmaps, and follows through properly.

You’ll:

- Build strong, long-term client relationships and be their trusted partner
- Own customer outcomes end-to-end, not just the sale
- Develop strategic account plans and roadmaps for each client
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts through services, products and improvements
- Maintain a strong pipeline and accurate forecasting




- Work closely with delivery teams to ensure commitments are met
- Stay on top of every detail, including documentation, follow-ups and admin

What we’re looking for

- 5+ years in account management, ideally in MSP
- Solid commercial acumen and confident communication skills
- A deep sense of ownership. You take responsibility and see things through
- Highly organised and meticulous with admin, documentation and follow-up
- A strategic thinker who enjoys planning and building customer roadmaps
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and structured in how you work
- Comfortable working autonomously while staying aligned to a broader team vision
