Role Description This part-time remote Accountant / Financial Analyst role at Ultra Srl focuses on supporting day-to-day financial operations and analysis. The role includes preparing and reviewing financial statements, assisting with monthly and quarterly closing activities, and maintaining accurate general ledger entries. The person in this position will perform financial reporting, variance analysis, and support budgeting and forecasting processes.
They will collaborate with internal stakeholders to interpret financial data, ensure compliance with relevant standards, and provide clear, data-driven insights for decision-making. The role also involves using accounting software to streamline processes, reconcile accounts, and maintain organized financial records.
Qualifications
Ability to prepare, analyze, and interpret Financial Statements and related documentation.
Strong Analytical Skills with a proven ability to perform variance analysis, identify trends,
and present findings clearly.
Knowledge of Finance principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Proficiency with Accounting Software and related tools for data entry, reconciliation, and reporting.
Experience in Financial Reporting, including management reports and compliance-related documentation.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Valuable written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with relevant accounting standards and regulations; prior experience in a similar part-time or remote role is an advantage.
