We’re looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and reliable Accountant to join our finance team and support accurate financial reporting, accounting operations, and business decision-making. In this role, you will manage financial transactions, prepare reconciliations and reports, support month-end and year-end processes, and help maintain strong financial controls and compliance. You'll collaborate closely with finance teams, management, auditors, suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and efficient financial operations.

Maintain accurate financial records and accounting transactions in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.

Prepare and process journal entries, general ledger transactions, accruals, prepayments, and financial adjustments.

Perform bank, supplier, customer, and general ledger account reconciliations.

Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.

Prepare financial statements, management reports, accounting schedules, and financial analysis.

Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, expenses, and other financial transactions as required.

Review financial data and investigate discrepancies, errors, and unusual transactions.

Assist with budgeting, forecasting, cash flow monitoring, and financial planning activities.

Prepare and maintain accurate tax, GST, BAS, and other statutory financial records where applicable.

Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation, schedules, and supporting financial information.

Maintain accurate financial records and ensure accounting documentation is complete, organized, and up to date.

Monitor compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, company policies, and applicable financial regulations.





Prepare financial reports and provide insights to management to support business planning and decision-making.

Collaborate with finance, procurement, sales, operations, HR, and other departments to resolve financial queries and improve processes.

Maintain accurate records in accounting software, ERP systems, and financial databases.

Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, reporting accuracy, financial controls, and operational efficiency.

Assist with implementing accounting system improvements, automation, and process enhancements.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen financial reporting, compliance, and overall finance operations. ✅ Requirements

Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial controls.

Previous experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or a related role is advantageous.

Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems such as Xero, MYOB, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience working with financial data and spreadsheets.

Understanding of general ledger accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and month-end processes.

Familiarity with applicable accounting standards, taxation requirements, GST, BAS, and statutory reporting is advantageous.

Strong analytical, numerical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when handling financial information and transactions.





Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with finance and non-finance stakeholders.

Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive financial, employee, customer, and business information.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams, auditors, suppliers, and external stakeholders.

High level of professionalism, integrity, accountability, reliability, and attention to detail.

Commitment to continuous learning, professional development, and accounting best practices.

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business, or a related field is preferred.
