Miami Bakehouse Group is seeking an accounts all-rounder to join our Mandurah finance team, supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the business.
The Role
Working 18 hours per week, you'll play an important role in supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the business. From payroll and accounts payable to reconciliations and month-end support, you'll work as part of a collaborative finance team.
Flexibility to assist with additional hours when required will be highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities
- Accounts Payable support
- End-to-end payroll processing
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Sales reconciliations
- Month-end support
About You
You will have
- Previous Australian payroll experience
- MYOB and intermediate Excel skills
- Intermediate level MYOB skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- A reliable and proactive approach
- Australian work rights are required for this position
